Senior AI Architect Role

This is a senior full-stack developer and architect position, ideal for an individual with entrepreneurial aspirations who wants to grow into a Co-Founder role in an AI-first startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.
  • Create and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
  • Deliver minimum viable products with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Mentor and manage a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Contribute actively to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • A proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.), and hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative is preferred.
  • The ability to relocate to Bengaluru is necessary.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a passion for building from scratch is required.
