About the Role

We are developing a cutting-edge enterprise data and decision intelligence platform that combines data integration, ontology modeling, AI-driven analytics, and secure multi-cloud deployment orchestration.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Architecture & Delivery: Establish and own the technical strategy for a large-scale data platform with ontology modeling and decision-support workflows.
  • Team Management: Build and lead an engineering team across data, backend, frontend, DevOps, and security.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and business teams to translate customer use cases into technical features.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure platform design supports enterprise-grade security, RBAC, encryption, and compliance.

About You

As a seasoned engineering leader, you will drive innovation and excellence in our data platform. With a strong background in software development, architecture, and team leadership, you will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, building high-performing teams, and delivering complex projects on time.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in data integration, ontology modeling, AI-driven analytics, and secure multi-cloud deployment orchestration.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
