Lead Creative Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced creative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design, collaboration, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork across digital and print formats. Collaborate with marketing teams and writers to ideate and create distinctive collateral materials such as brochures, print ads, social media ads, organic creatives, emailers, landing pages, short videos, and media banners.
  2. Execution: Produce creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying industry competitors and analyzing market trends, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively.
  4. Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet quality standards and partner guidelines. Deliver output at a high level of polish, maintaining rigorous self-review and an eye for detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design, video tools like Canva, Figma, InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Experience integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from analytical and marketing team members.
  • Fluent in English, strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Excellent project management skills, proficiency in MS Office software.
