Lead Front-End Designer
This role is for top-tier talent.
We're looking for a creative problem solver with sharp design instincts and the ability to manage and mentor a team. If you have experience leading by example, building beautiful high-performing interfaces, and are familiar with front-end development, this job may be for you.

About the Role:

As our Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you'll own the front-end vision of our digital platforms while leading a small team of designers and developers.

  • You'll own the UI/UX experience across web properties
  • Architect scalable clean front-end codebases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams

You'll work on designing and developing user experiences that are both functional and visually appealing. Your primary goal will be to create seamless interactions between users and our applications.


Your Skillset:

We're looking for someone with expertise in the following areas:

  • WordPress (Theme Customization & Front-End Development)
  • Vue.js (component-based architecture dynamic UI)
  • Strong command of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma Adobe XD etc.)
  • Front-end performance optimization SEO best practices and accessibility
  • Strong debugging troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

We expect applicants to have a proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution as well as excellent communication collaboration skills.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
