Senior AI Director Position

As a Senior AI Director, you will leverage your expertise to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology solutions. You will lead the strategic development behind new and existing products and technology portfolios, and remain at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and technological advances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced AI and ML solutions using Python to automate decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and management of large language models for various NLP tasks in the financial services domain.
  • Conduct research on prompt engineering techniques to improve the performance of large language models within the financial services field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and data processing workflows for AI and ML projects utilizing cloud services for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Formal training or certification on Machine Learning concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex technical items.
  • Hands-on experience in building advanced AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with LLM orchestration libraries.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing.
  • Experience in developing APIs and integrating AI models into software applications.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for AI/ML deployment and data processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate ideas and results to stakeholders.
