We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can transform ideas into impactful visuals.

About the Role

This specialist will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop innovative campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and deliver results.

The ideal candidate will possess not only technical skills in design tools but also the ability to bring concepts to life with imagination, precision, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for various mediums, including campaigns, digital, print, and social media.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that effectively convey ideas.
  • Pursue new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain a high level of creativity.
  • Evaluate and ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed, offering feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional creative standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably within an agency setting).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is beneficial).
  • An understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to accept feedback positively and refine ideas promptly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, making the individual a valuable team player.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics/basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
