Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our PR efforts and drive impactful brand narratives.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build relationships with media houses and government stakeholders, and can deliver strategic communications wins under tight timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end PR strategies — planning, pitching, publishing — with minimal dependency.

  • Secure editorials, op-eds, and thought leadership pieces across top-tier publications.
  • Built relationships with journalists, editors, and media owners across policy, business, and impact beats.
  • Managed press relations for high-stakes projects, especially in public-sector or compliance-heavy environments.

The successful candidate will be able to operate under real-world constraints — deadlines, approvals — without compromising results.

We are looking for a self-starting Senior Manager with the hunger and mindset of a pseudo-entrepreneur who can think on their feet, act under pressure, and deliver without constant supervision.

Requirements:
  • 6–9 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably from boutique PR firms or independent consulting.
  • A proven track record of getting editorials and high-quality coverage with lean teams.
  • Experience handling government projects or public policy communication.
  • Deep media relationships and respected reputation in the PR ecosystem.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in sustainability, cleantech, policy, or ESG space.
  • Ability to script, ghostwrite, or package complex stories simply.
  • Familiarity with media analytics tools.
