Ultrafly Solutions Private seeks a seasoned Production Manager to oversee our production operations. With a strong background in managing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving operational efficiency, the ideal candidate will lead a team of production staff to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

  • Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements and implement measures to drive operational excellence.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production staff.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in Electrical Electronics Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems, lean manufacturing principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
