Immersive Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a talented individual to design and develop engaging learning tools and experiences that drive meaningful impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative learning tools and experiences that cater to diverse client needs
  • Develop high-quality training collateral, presentations, and case studies with strong visual and content impact
  • Cultivate expertise in AI-based design and instructional tools to accelerate creativity and enhance learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital content and brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Co-create new products, content, and intellectual properties with the founder to drive business growth and innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience or equivalent talent with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Strong design skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (or equivalents)
  • Familiarity with instructional design practices and tools, with a willingness to explore and adapt to emerging trends
  • Interest in AI-based creativity platforms and their applications in learning and development
  • Proficiency in WordPress and standard productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
  • A passion for psychology, education, or human learning is highly valued
