Job Title: SAP GRC Security Expert

Job Description:

Our organization requires an expert in SAP security to ensure the integrity of our SAP systems, implement security policies, and resolve authorization issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations in compliance with security best practices.
  • Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SAP security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Resolve SAP authorization-related issues by troubleshooting and providing solutions.
  • Work with functional and technical teams to ensure proper integration of security measures across the SAP landscape.
  • Provide training and guidance on SAP security best practices to end-users and internal teams.
  • Maintain documentation on SAP security configurations, roles, and authorization changes.
  • Monitor SAP security logs and performance to identify potential threats or performance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP security with hands-on experience in SAP Basis, user roles, and authorizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, role management, authorization profiles, and troubleshooting security-related issues.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across functions and how they integrate with SAP access controls.
  • Foundational understanding of core business processes across functions such as Materials Management, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP security tools, such as SAP GRC, and knowledge of ABAP/technical aspects related to SAP security is a plus.
  • Understanding of SAP security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex authorization issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and train users.
