Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Process Orchestration Administrator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAP PI/PO systems, ensuring seamless integration and orchestration of business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure SAP PI/PO software, applying patches, support packages, and hotfixes.
  • Maintain the SAP PI/PO system landscape, including development, testing, and production environments.
  • Proactively monitor SAP PI/PO components, such as the Adapter Engine, Integration Engine, and System Landscape Directory.
  • Analyze and resolve system errors and performance issues using tools like Runtime Workbench and Component Monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot communication failures, integration errors, and message processing bottlenecks.
  • Set up and maintain transport routes within the SAP landscape to move configuration objects between development, test, and production systems.
  • Utilize the Change and Transport System (CTS+) to manage and track software changes.
  • Apply granular security measures to protect sensitive integration data.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
  • Tune system parameters, message processing settings, and caching mechanisms to enhance throughput and reduce latencies in integration scenarios.
  • Ensure required systems validation standards are met.
  • Perform closing activities, including formal review and sign-offs with business stakeholders.
  • Adhere to PepsiCo's controls, processes, and standards.
  • Prioritize team work and assign daily tasks with limited supervision.
  • Submit period forecasts, manage project and organizational financials, and track expense status.
  • Provide input to annual objectives, conduct annual performance processes, and conduct PMP Process.
  • Ensure effective resource utilization across the workgroup.
  • Seek guidance from global teams for standards and direction.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to direct and indirect customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • SAP Certificates and/or PMP Certification are a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • PI/PO Upgrade, Migration experience is a must.
  • Strong trouble shooting skills are essential for handling critical interface failures.
  • SLT, BODS knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of dependencies between SAP Technical Development and other SAP implementation activities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business and project requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines, and processes are nice to have: SAP Solution Manager, SAP Charm, ITIL tools & processes, HP Service Manager, HP Quality Center, project implementation and production support experience.
  • Must have previous experience managing small teams and proven ability to develop teams and cultivate talent.
