Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud technologist to support and enhance our compensation and performance management modules.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining key features of our system.

  • Develop and implement Fast Formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing.
  • Create and utilize HDL and Spreadsheet Loader templates for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Design and implement grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Support the functional configuration and processes for the Goal and Performance Management module.

Key Responsibilities:

As a techno-functional consultant, you will work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Functional implementation experience in Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
