Senior Controls Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Controls Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of human-machine interface (HMI) programs for discrete machinery.

This role requires expertise in Siemens hardware and TIA Portal software, as well as HMI scripting using HTML5.

  • Develop and implement HMI programs that ensure the overall functional quality of machinery.
  • Take a systems approach to understand core design features, system elements, and electrical controls architecture.
  • Work with Siemens Comfort panels and Unified comfort panels.
  • Program using TIA Portal programming - v15.1 and preferably v17.
  • Perform HMI scripting using HTML5 programming for customization.

Beyond technical skills, this role demands strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
