Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics across various digital and print mediums.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Additional proficiency in software like Figma / Canva / CorelDraw is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Create social media content including Instagram posts, Facebook posts, YouTube creatives
  • Design marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Produce motion graphics and video editing work including basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Support web and UI/UX development including website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Offer photography and editing support including retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)
  • Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with business strategy
  • Ensure all visual communications output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Visual Communications Specialist (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable — since this is a solo role for now
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
  • Exposure to luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends

  • Quality, originality, and brand consistency in design output
  • Contribution of new ideas for business growth & campaigns
  • Ability to manage end-to-end visual communications independently
