Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through innovative and effective visual communication. With a strong foundation in design principles and a keen eye for detail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling concepts and designs that drive business results.

  • Developing Design Briefs: Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop comprehensive design briefs that outline the scope, timeline, and budget for each project.
  • Concept Development: Utilize your expertise in visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography to create engaging and impactful concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Design Execution: Execute designs across various mediums, including digital creatives, print materials, web banners, and more.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding junior team members and peers on their work, providing constructive feedback, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual communication principles.
  • Knowledge of AI integration in design work and experience with software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, and others would be beneficial.
  • Great time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
