Job Title: Senior Active Directory and Messaging Systems Engineer

This is a critical role within HTC Global Services, where you will be responsible for providing advanced support and expertise in Active Directory, messaging systems, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft 365 (M365), and ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage complex Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, organizational units, group policies, and trusts to ensure seamless integration with other IT services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate Active Directory issues, including replication, DNS, and schema problems to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct Active Directory migrations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with industry best practices to maintain business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Active Directory configurations and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Oversee the administration and support of enterprise-level messaging platforms such as Microsoft Exchange and other email systems to ensure reliable communication and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex email delivery issues, performance problems, and configuration errors to guarantee uninterrupted communication.
  • Implement and manage advanced email security features, including spam filtering, encryption, and data loss prevention to safeguard sensitive information and protect against cyber threats.
  • Plan and execute messaging system migrations and upgrades to stay ahead of evolving technology and business needs.
  • Design, implement, and manage VDI environments using technologies like VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop to provide secure and efficient remote access solutions.
  • Troubleshoot VDI issues related to performance, connectivity, and user experience to ensure seamless remote work experiences.
  • Optimize VDI configurations to ensure efficient resource utilization and scalability to support growing business demands.
  • Administer and support M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other M365 applications to foster collaboration and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services, including user access, data synchronization, and application performance to guarantee optimal use of these tools.
  • Implement and manage M365 security and compliance features, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to IT service management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.

Estimated Salary: ₹90,000 - ₹1,80,000 per month based on industry standards and local market conditions, depending on experience and qualifications.
