Sync Placement Specialist

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Sync Placement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global underground music network, you'll play a pivotal role in championing emerging artists and securing commercial sync placements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch our catalogue to music supervisors, advertising agencies, music libraries, production houses, and brands to secure lucrative commercial sync deals.
  • Build strong relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Track and manage pitches, leads, and placements to maintain visibility on opportunities and ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Explore business opportunities for catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations that drive growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date on sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising to provide expert insights and guidance.
  • Provide regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
  • Skilled in coordinating music submissions and developing sync strategies that drive results.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and maximize revenue potential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with the global underground music scene is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
