The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Global Financial Services (GFS) team supporting FinOps AP teams across the globe. We have about 44 processes with 60 different work drivers for AP Ops teams across various Amazon business channels. Our goal is to have end-to-end forecasting models for these processes fully automated in Anaplan.
This analyst will primarily own detailed analysis of forecasting models for each business and provide visibility into work driver forecasts, Average Handling Time (AHT) trends, and Headcount (HC) requirements for Ops leaders to make timely data-driven decisions.
