About Us:

Knight Learning Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to lead our B2B integration efforts using MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. As a seasoned integration specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing business-to-business (B2B) integrations with our trading partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding: Set up new trading partners on the AnyPoint Partner Manager platform, including defining partner profiles, communication protocols, and data mapping requirements.
  • B2B Message Flow Design: Create and configure message flows within Partner Manager to handle incoming and outgoing data between the organization and its trading partners, including validation and transformation steps.
  • EDI Mapping and Translation: Map partner-specific EDI data elements to the internal system format, ensuring accurate data exchange.
  • Partner Monitoring and Support: Actively monitor B2B transactions for errors or delays, troubleshooting issues with partners in real-time.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on partner performance metrics, including transaction volume, error rates, and response times.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, specifically AnyPoint Partner Manager.
  • Understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS) and data mapping techniques.
  • Familiarity with different communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTP).
  • Knowledge of API design principles and API management tools.
  • Basic understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
