Project Management Expert for AI/ML Projects

The ideal candidate will lead the execution of complex AI-Data projects from start to finish. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring successful project outcomes against defined key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise in project budgeting, timelines, and quality requirements will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, workflow development, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Provide effective analysis and reporting of project performance metrics.
  • Track and monitor project financial, timeline, and quality performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful AI-Data projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of data collection, annotation, and transcription activities in an AI setting.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and technologies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with crowdsourcing and remote resourcing solutions.
  • Fluency in languages other than English.
