We are inviting applications for the role of Proposal Development Lead, where you will play a critical part in developing high-quality proposals that meet client requirements. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposal strategies, manage proposal budgets, ensure compliance and accuracy, drive quality, mitigate potential risks, and enhance the organization's ability to create compelling proposals and win new business opportunities.

This role requires a seasoned Proposal Development Lead who can develop and implement effective proposal development processes, lead proposal teams, and drive results-driven proposal content. You should have experience in bid management/pre-sales, preferably in IT or BPM organizations, and industry exposure in any of the following verticals: Consumer Goods/Retail/Life Sciences/Health Care/Insurance/Banking/Hi-tech/Manufacturing. Furthermore, you should possess strong collaboration and project management skills, excellent networking skills and relationship management skills, exceptional communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines.
