Job Title: Senior Director Engineering

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic direction and leadership to the engineering function. The position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.

  • Lead a high-performing engineering team, providing guidance and development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong technical background in engineering discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
