Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Performance Test Engineer. This is a technical position that requires planning, designing, and executing performance tests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance testing and engineering, with a strong understanding of load testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.

The job involves developing test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans, as well as creating and enhancing test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding.

Analyzing performance results, monitoring applications, and identifying bottlenecks are also key responsibilities of this role.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and New Relic.

You will also need to have expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis.
  • Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Certification in Performance Testing.
  • Experience with defect management tools (JIRA).
  • Exposure to publishing blogs or articles on performance.
