Role Summary:

A highly skilled visualiser with a deep understanding of design principles is required to interpret business needs and develop innovative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss strategic objectives and requirements.
  2. Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by conducting thorough research and analysing data.
  3. Create visually appealing designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy and typography.
  4. Presentation of finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  5. Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  6. Participate in client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  8. Collaborate with a team of designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  9. Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Knowledge of additional software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a collaborative environment.
