Job Title: Data Analyst

Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using Power BI, Power Apps, Data Flow, Power Automate, Python coding, and Excel.
- Conduct governance and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Manage and analyze resources efficiently to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.

Technical Skills:
- Intermediate in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps for application development.
- Familiarity with Data Lake, Dataiku and Data Flow for efficient data processing
- Ability to automate processes using Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Functional Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in governance and analysis and management reporting.
- Proven ability to optimize team performance.
- Implement operational governance frameworks and contribute to reporting structures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
