Immersive Space Designer

As an Immersive Space Designer, you will lead the conceptualization and creation of interior projects, develop and present project proposals, concepts, and designs to clients, consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and constraints, provide expert advice and solutions in line with client expectations, work closely with other designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, mentor and guide junior designers, ensure all design elements meet our quality standards and client expectations, and stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and creation of interior projects.
  • Client Interaction: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and constraints.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all design elements meet our quality standards and client expectations.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
