Job Description

Data Architect and Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enterprise data strategy that drives business growth through informed decision-making.

You will oversee the development and maintenance of modern data platforms, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-based services and leading-edge technologies.

Additionally, you will unlock the potential of AI/ML by enabling personalization, forecasting, and analytics capabilities across the organization.

You will promote cross-functional collaboration between teams to foster a data-driven culture and mentor a high-performing data engineering team to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements

Experience

At least 18 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 8 years in data architecture/engineering.

Skills

Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed data systems.

Deep knowledge of CPG/FMCG data use cases, including customer data platforms, marketing mix models, profit sphere, and inventory analytics.

Leadership

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
