High Performance Software Developer

We empower companies to launch and grow usage consumption pricing models on the Salesforce platform.
- Design and develop high-throughput, low-latency software for critical business processes.
- Create core pieces of the Continuous Platform through design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Pursue end-to-end development of new features and functionality.
- Solve production issues through debugging and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve issues and generate new ideas.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product engineering.
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working with distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Expertise in Kotlin or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of Kafka and Spring Boot.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, design, and debugging skills.
- Fast learner able to apply new technologies quickly.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Dev ops tools experience is a plus.
