We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in a remote full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in IT/software export companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily accounting entries including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
  • Manage vendor invoices, payment tracking, and reconciliations with accuracy.
  • Assist in TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST compliance under senior accountant's guidance.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory) for India entity bookkeeping and basic understanding of TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST compliance in IT/ITES export business.

We are looking for someone with exposure to QuickBooks (US entity) and automated vendor payment systems as an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance (preferably IT/ITES industry).
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books (mandatory).
  • Exposure to QuickBooks and automated vendor payment tools is a plus.
