IAM Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Advisor in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to provide strategic input and business alignment for IAM initiatives.

• The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted solution advisor, providing thought leadership on IAM concepts and collaborating with business development teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
• This role requires strong specialization in IAM, with experience defining end-to-end IAM strategies, architectures, and business use cases across diverse industries.

• Act as a solution advisor on Identity & Access Management (IAM), including IGA, PAM, CIAM, and IDaaS platforms.
• Provide thought leadership by representing the organization at industry events and presenting complex IAM concepts in a business-friendly manner.
• Own and drive IAM solution architecture discussions, tailoring recommendations to specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with business development teams to shape go-to-market strategies and define IAM business cases.
• Translate business challenges into IAM use cases, aligning solutions with regulatory and security needs.
• Partner with clients to define IAM roadmaps and lead IAM assessments or advisory engagements.
• Stay updated on IAM market trends and emerging technologies to inform solution strategy.

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity with strong specialization in IAM.
• Proven experience as an IAM Architect or Advisor with hands-on knowledge of IAM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define end-to-end IAM strategies, architectures, and business use cases across diverse industries.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen with experience aligning technical solutions to client goals and industry trends.

• Exposure to cloud-based IAM models and zero trust architectures.
• Prior experience working in consulting firms or global service delivery models.
