The Finance Operations and Accounting team is a dynamic environment that prioritizes delivering exceptional experiences for customers. We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our financial operations, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and central accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Closing of sub-ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet account analysis.
- Leading finance transformation projects from conception to implementation.
- Developing and executing change management strategies to support finance initiatives.
- Demonstrating a proficient level of professional skill and knowledge in accounting and applying this in-depth knowledge, principles, and systems design to recognize complex and unique issues.
- Ensuring appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and working on process improvements.
- Performing and supporting new business/system launches, including UAT of the accounting entries and financial reporting.
- Preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and reports.
