Project Coordinator Role

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, objectives, and resource allocations.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and ensure successful project delivery within time constraints.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth and training.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • 4-6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Experience with web and mobile projects is an added advantage.
