Job Title: Timing Characterization Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in the field of analog mixed signal (AMS) macro timing characterization.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3+ Years

Notice Period: 15 Days (Max)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Characterize AMS macros for accurate timing models
  • Develop and implement methods for extracting analog-digital interface timing models
  • Correlate timing model data with Hspice simulations for accuracy checks
  • Ensure consistency and correctness through quality assurance checks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in library characterization for AMS macros (3 years minimum)
  • Proficiency in NanoTime software
  • Solid understanding of timing fundamentals
  • Desirable: experience in Hspice/Spectre simulators, automation using Shell/Perl/TCL or Python
  • Must have effective communication skills and be organized and methodical
