Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.

Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.

Develop detailed requirement specifications, including wireframes, process flows, and data models.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and foster collaboration.

Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments to inform decision-making and prioritize requirements.

Provide expertise and guidance on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to SAAS-based software solutions.

Support product roadmap planning and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

5 + Years Remote of relevant experience

Proven experience (5 plus years) as a Business Analyst or similar role in a software company.

Good understanding of SAAS principles, architecture, and technologies.

Proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation techniques.

Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus.
