We are seeking a highly skilled CLM Developer to join our dynamic team and collaborate with us in delivering cutting-edge Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. About the Role:
  • We're looking for an expert who can design, develop, and implement scalable CLM solutions using Conga CLM, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Conga CLM configuration templates, clause library, approval workflows, security setup, and be proficient in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
  • With a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices, the successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues in CLM applications to minimize downtime.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in Conga CLM implementation and support.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bonus Points:
  • Conga CLM certification or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Admin/Developer certification.
  • Experience with Conga CPQ, Conga Composer, and e-signature tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce + Conga CLM implementation projects.
