Job Summary:

As a network technology professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our global network infrastructure.

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field is required; postgraduate qualifications are also welcome.
  • Certifications: F5 Certified Technical Specialist, CCNP Security, CCNP Wireless, RCPE Professional-Level Certification in WAN Optimization, ZIA Prof, ZPA Prof, ACCP, CCNP Service Provider.
  • Experience with network technology management, particularly with Cisco R&S, Nexus Switch, and Firepower Firewall systems.
  • Expertise in network troubleshooting, restoration, and resolution, with the ability to escalate complex issues to Level 3 support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement network technology strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and troubleshoot network issues, implementing resolutions while documenting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 SMEs to resolve complex issues, coordinating with external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation, ensuring compliance with defined processes.
