The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, significant industry exposure, and a proven ability to foster international collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster partnerships with global institutions to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange
  • Secure and manage research funding to support innovative projects
  • Mentor and develop junior faculty members to enhance their skills and expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Psychology with years of academic experience, well networked with industry & academia
  • Previous leadership roles in academic or professional settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global academic and industry partners
