Interior Stylist Job Description\

The Interior Stylist role involves working closely with senior stylists, architects, and procurement teams to bring projects to life through creative styling and curated design sensibilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual who lives and breathes design.


\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Assist senior stylists in conceptualizing and executing styling projects by providing expert knowledge on furniture, décor, lighting, and accessories.\
  • Source and arrange furniture, décor, lighting, and accessories for residential, hospitality, and show-flat projects, ensuring timely delivery and product placement that aligns with the design intent.\
  • Prepare moodboards, styling mock-ups, and visual presentations for clients, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.\
  • Be actively present on-site to support installations, styling set-ups, and photo shoots, ensuring seamless execution and coordination with vendors, logistics, and QC teams.\
  • Track global and local styling trends, materials, and finishes, researching innovative styling ideas that can be adapted to Indian contexts, and building an inspiration library for internal use.\
  • Collaborate with photographers, content teams, and social media managers for styled shoots, creating engaging content that showcases our brand's aesthetic sense and storytelling capabilities.\
  • Assist in client-facing presentations and styling pitches, working closely with procurement and design teams to create styled boards for approvals.
\Required Skills & Qualifications:\

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Styling, or related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and aesthetics.\
  • Basic knowledge of CAD/SketchUp and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva/Keynote), with proficiency in designing and presenting visually appealing content.\
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor coordination (furniture, furnishings, décor), with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking creatively and solving problems with minimal supervision.\
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
