We are looking for a highly experienced Associate Manager to join our team in Legal - Business Compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Worked at a managerial level handling a team of at least 2-3 employees.
  • Fluent in spoken and written communication with good drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
  • Predominantly worked in the IT/SaaS/Software Products industry with expertise on dealing with commercial contracts with risk mitigation.
  • Good understanding and work experience of handing IP, licensing, partnership agreements in various geographies.
  • Exposure to global compliance requirements, especially in Europe and the US, with knowledge of relevant laws.
  • Sound knowledge of data protection and privacy issues and relevant legislations and compliance issues.
  • Added advantage of having worked on employment matters, litigation, or advisory matters along with good research skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • 10+ years of experience in contract management or other relevant experience with a law firm or corporate legal department.
