Software Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with VC++ and MFC, as well as a strong understanding of Oracle databases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing a legacy software application built using VC++ and MFC. This will involve diagnosing and fixing software defects, ensuring the stability and reliability of the application.

  • Code reviews, writing efficient code, and maintaining coding standards and best practices are also crucial aspects of this role.
  • Ongoing monitoring and optimization of application performance, scalability, and security.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Solid understanding of Oracle databases and experience working with SQL, PL/SQL, and database design are essential. Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and optimizing C++ applications is necessary, as is experience with source control systems such as Git or SVN.
