Lead MERN Stack Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Lead MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore. This hybrid role demands a combination of deep hands-on development expertise and leadership skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 7+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js. As a technical lead, you will drive architecture and implementation decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  2. Define architecture and drive technical implementation for scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
  3. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold best practices across the team.
  4. Utilize AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) to build and maintain cloud-native applications.
  5. Own the deployment pipeline, CI/CD, and monitoring of applications in production.
Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
  • Minimum 3 years in a technical lead role, driving architecture and implementation decisions.
  • 3+ years of experience working with AWS, including deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, REST APIs, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling.
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
