About the Role

WeWork India is seeking a highly skilled Lead Network Engineer to manage our Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our network services, including network connectivity, telecommunication systems, firewalls, routers, wireless, and network monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily tasks surrounding the ticketing system to check and resolve incidents and request tickets in queue.
  • Identify software and hardware lifecycle upgrade and determine the upgrade path of device system software and hardware.
  • Perform network upgrades and refreshes by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
  • Ensure network devices/infrastructure is up to date on bugs or vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise wireless platforms (preferably Ruckus, Cisco).
  • Experience on firewall security design, deployment, and support (Juniper, Fortinet preferred).
  • Troubleshooting knowledge on switching - Spanning Tree, Stack.
  • Experience in VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN).
  • General experience across a broad spectrum of network technologies (routing, switching, firewall, TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, UC, etc.).
  • Knowledge on AWS & AZURE cloud technology.
  • Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., Zabbix, Solarwinds).
  • Working knowledge on SIEM Tools like Splunk, Graylog, etc.
