Optimize Conversational Text AI with us

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain state-of-the-art conversational text AI systems utilizing LLM frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with product owners and domain experts to build reusable business components.
  3. Develop core infrastructure and reusable components for conversational AI system deployment.
  4. Work on orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM-powered integrations.
  5. Implement scalable solutions integrated with respective echo systems and enterprise data platforms.
  6. Contribute to the design of modular, extensible enterprise-grade architectures.
Additional Tasks:
  1. Fine-tune and optimize models for speed, accuracy, performance, and maintainability across business units.
  2. Contribute to CI/CD automation and maintain application operational stability.
Generative AI & Model Optimization:
  1. Refine LLMs/SLMs using proprietary NBFC data.
  2. Distill and quantify LLMs for edge deployment.
  3. Evaluate and run LLM/SLM models on local server machines.
Self-Learning Frameworks:
  1. Build self-learning systems adapting without full retraining.
  2. Implement lightweight local models for real-time learning on the edge.
Ideal Candidate:Requirements:
  • 47 years of experience in Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Redis, Postgres, Azure COSMOS, DevOps, CI/CD with exposure to AI/ML.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with Redis, Postgres, Vector Embeddings, Speech-to-Text & Text-to-Speech Services, Azure COSMOS, DevOps, CI/CD, Lang-Chain or Lang-Graph.
  • Experience building or integrating LLMs for task automation, reasoning, or autonomous workflows.
