Job Description:
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Compliance Governance Specialist. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of all social security contributions and compliance with 100% adherence to statutory guidelines and SOPs. Your responsibilities will include central data management of various govt statutory data, compiling submissions for govt authorities, liaising with PF authorities, and maintaining data integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting PF sensitization and awareness sessions across locations, managing transfers, allotment of PF nos across locations as needed, and working closely with Procurement teams to support corporate events and vendor management on SAP from the Total Rewards team.

Responsibilities:
  • Central data management of various govt statutory data
  • Compiling submissions for govt authorities
  • Liaising with PF authorities and maintaining data integrity
  • Conducting PF sensitization and awareness sessions across locations
  • Managing transfers, allotment of PF nos across locations as needed
