Job Description:

Leading and managing patient care services with a focus on operational excellence and patient satisfaction is crucial for a hospital's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for front office, admission, and discharge operations to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Ensure effective manpower planning and optimal deployment across all patient care areas to meet the hospital's goals.
  • Plan and coordinate for future departmental growth and expansion to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise front office operations and staffing daily to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and conduct training programs to upskill and engage the team in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Oversee departmental operations, including staffing levels, process evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze and document operating procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong experience managing Outpatient and Inpatient services, including admissions, discharge, and front office operations.
  • Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams, ensure effective manpower planning, and drive training & development initiatives.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: Commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality patient experiences.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to plan for department growth, implement process improvements, and coordinate with clinical, diagnostic, and support teams.
