The Job Description


This role involves the oversight of the entire human resources and payroll functions within the Navin Group. As the HR Manager and Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all HR activities are in line with company policies and labor laws.

  • Induction and training coordination
  • Performance appraisal
  • Local liaison with labor offices
  • General administration of the branch
  • Transport and canteen management
  • Estate management

Legal and IR Responsibilities



  • Overseeing legal issues of the company
  • Liaison with government authorities
  • Negotiation with labor unions and contracts
  • Handling legal matters of the group

Administrative Responsibilities



  • All corporate administration work
  • Insurance management
  • Estate management

Required Skills



  • Knowledge of labor laws and local authority liaison
  • HR, payroll, and recruitment management software
  • Negotiation with labor unions and contractors
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English

Computer Proficiency
