Relationship Manager Role

About the Position:

This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and equity market advisory services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new clients for equity trading and investment services, building strong networks to generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with retail and high net worth individual clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities, and trading strategies, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking, value-added schemes, and third-party product sales, driving client activity levels to meet brokerage and sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on equity markets, economic developments, and corporate actions, sharing insights and guiding clients on portfolio strategies, and contributing inputs for internal market reports and strategy development.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records for audits and compliance, educating clients about market risks and aligning investments with their risk profile.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to understand client needs, and a solid knowledge of equity markets and related regulations.
