About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Architecture team at Indovance Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the work delivery to US customers in the Architecture and BIM sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Attend client meetings to address concerns, manage escalations, and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams
  • Manage new customer acquisition and onboarding
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to teams comprising of Architects and Engineers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in International Architectural Services Industry
  • Min. 3 years' experience in a Customer Management role
  • Qualification: B. Arch/ BE Civil
  • Excellent numerical, analytical skills
  • Strong personnel management skills
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Architecture CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc)
  • Strong knowledge of international building codes, construction, and architectural standards
