Senior Strapi Developer

Dexian is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strapi Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance headless content management systems (CMS) using Strapi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom Strapi plugins and extensions to extend its capabilities.
  • Integrate Strapi with various front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and back-end systems.
  • Optimize Strapi performance and scalability for high-traffic applications.
  • Ensure data security and integrity within Strapi environments.
  • Collaborate with content editors and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Strapi features and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in Strapi development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Strapi.
  • Strong understanding of Strapi architecture, components, and API.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Next.js, and React.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API design principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with headless CMS concepts and architecture.
  • Experience with content modeling and content strategy.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with serverless architectures.
  • Strapi certifications.
