UI/UX Design Specialist

We're seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design crew, you'll be responsible for crafting digital product platforms that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design compelling social media content that aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Create optimized landing pages to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles and trends for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with Figma to develop scalable design systems.
  • Apply a strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout design to deliver aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback to continually improve user experience and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, landing pages, and modern UI/UX designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma is essential.
  • Deep understanding of color usage, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them to business needs.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with motion graphics/animations for social media.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for better design-to-development handoff.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
